Here are a couple of French Mother’s Day resources for you and a FREE printable Flip Book with different versions for mothers, grandmothers, aunts, and sisters.

1. French Mother’s Day Resources: Sentence Builders
Have your students unscrambling sentences to improve their sentence building skills.
Every sentence is in fact a question, so you’ll be making students do double the work: figuring out the right order of words AND answering questions.
2. French Mother’s Day Resources: Color & Read
Sight words are so important that I believe we should take all opportunities to make students practice them.
The worksheets in the French Mother’s Day Color and Read Worksheets will have kids working on their “mots usuels” without even noticing.
3. French Mother’s Day Resources: FREE Flip Book
And last but not least, this FREE Flip Book is super simple to assemble, and great fun for students.
Print on colorful card stock. Students can attach their books on bulletin boards, on their French Mother’s Day Lapbook, on interactive notebooks, and even present them to their mothers as Mother’s Day cards.
Students can fill the pages with:
– words to describe their mothers (or grandmothers, sisters, aunts)
– pictures from magazines to represent what their mothers like
– poems using the letters to make an acrostic
